Summer Splash Party 2009 (added 07/2009) Get ready for some summer fun. We have organized a party on 4th of July, 2009 at 11 am. Stop by "the Lot" at 1100 Hyannis St. We will have water slides for kids. Everyone can enjoy refreshments, drinks, snow cones and water melon. Preparing the lot at 1100 Hyannis St (added 06/2009) As mentioned in our last community update letter, Our HOA has purchased the lot at 1100 Hyannis St. Now we are preparing the lot so that residents can enjoy it during the summer. We will post signs at the entrances for the planed events shortly. New web site (added 06/2009) We have recently "moved" and re-designed our web site!! We are in the process of migrating residents' accounts. Feel free to register in the mean time. Street lights (added 06/2009) As you may have noticed, street lights on Brand Road are now installed and fully functional. Street lights on Murphy Road are also working. We have lights on our east and west borders!! Crime Prevention meeting (added 06/2009) Safety tips compiled from a safety presentation given by Plano Crime Prevention Officer Christopher Bianez. Special HOA meeting update (added 05/2009) On Saturday, May 9, 2009, at the Special meeting called by 230 of our homeowners, four new Directors were elected to our Association's Board. We would like to thank every homeowner who helped support this effort by speaking to their friends and neighbors to accomplish these positive changes for the betterment of the families in our neighborhood. When the majority of homeowners work together for a common purpose, we can make a lasting change that will benefit every family in our community. Thank you!
