Fairfield of Plano, a residential subdivision was developed by Ronald N. Haynes, Jr., President of RNH Development Company, a Texas corporation, General Partner of 544-Murphy-Plano, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership on August 30, 2000. First Texas and Woodhaven Homes were the builders. The developer turned the community over to the Homeowners Association on February 17, 2004. There are presently 398 homes in the community with total build out expected at 409 homes.
Fairfield of Plano is located in Collin County, Plano, Texas, between Brand Road and Murphy Road. One block to the north is FM 544, and Renner Road is only a few blocks to the south. We have the sole distinction of being the City of Plano’s most eastern community on the map. We are bounded by the City of Murphy to the north and east and by the City of Richardson to the south.
All streets, except driveways are maintained by the city of Plano. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner. The maintenance of the three entrances to our community is the responsibility of Texas Association Management Group. Our Property Manager is Scharlene Fralin.
