The last several months have been spent gathering bids, estimating costs, and discussing design options for our community’s recreational facility.  Bryan Hull, an experienced recreational design architect, was hired to develop some possible designs for our homeowners to consider.  Bryan stressed the importance of safety, aesthetic appeal, consideration for nearby neighbors, and items which would serve the social and recreational needs of all homeowners when drafting theses designs.  Along with Bryan’s designs, we made some additional modifications in order to allow more options for our homeowners at a more varied price range.
